There's nothing quite like watching dolphins play in the surf as the sun sets on the beautiful Baja coastline! At night, enjoy a blazing fire with a glass of wine while admiring the stars above. This house comes included with blazing fast wifi internet. In this beautiful, lush natural setting, you will be up close and personal with the marine life! In the past year alone, we captured (and released) a baby octopus in the tide pools, we spotted dolphins frolicking in the surf, and we even rescued a baby seal trying to find its way back into the ocean! Kids will love exploring the tide pools right outside your front door.

We loved our stay at K-38 in Rosarito. This house is brand new, big and comfortable. We are a family of five, with three college-aged kids. The house met all our needs, and the pictures and descriptions were exactly what we found. We had a really great Christmas there! We loved watching movies on the projector, went surfing, enjoyed the rooftop fire pit, and got warm in the sun. It was totally relaxing. The master bedroom is beautiful and warm. It overlooks the beach and has a great tub. Ron was fantastic. He has made this house an easy, great vacation spot, and his attentive service was much appreciated. What a wonderful weekend at the K38 Ocean front house! Ron gave us an extremely detailed house guide that made the drive, our stay and activities stress free and so easy! The house is a surfers paradise, located steps from the ocean! We did yoga on the deck, walked to the tacos shops and Las Rocas pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We were able to bring our dogs, which was absolutely amazing! Ron made us feel so welcome and was so helpful with ANY questions we had before the trip and during. He always had a prompt response which was reassuring. Thank you for a wonderful weekend Ron, your house will definitely be our home away from home!
